Terms of Use – Proptylo

Welcome to www.proptylo.com, a venture of Proptylo Consulting LLP (registered office at 110, 1st Floor, Royal Plaza, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, India). By using the Proptylo website (the “Website” or the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether or not you register as a user of Proptylo (“User”).

If you wish to use the Proptylo services (the “Service”), including but not limited to property listing, brokerage facilitation, lead generation, and real estate consultation, please read this Agreement carefully. If you object to anything in this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or the Service.

This Agreement is subject to change by Proptylo at any time without notice, effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Electronic Agreement

  • Facilitating real estate transactions

  • Lead generation and consultation

Proptylo acts solely as an intermediary/facilitator and does not own, sell, or directly transact in properties unless explicitly stated.

Participation; Pricing

As a User, you may access and use the services offered by Proptylo. Any pricing, brokerage, or service fees disclosed at the time of engagement shall form part of this Agreement.

Brokerage and Fees

Proptylo may charge a brokerage fee or service fee for facilitating real estate transactions. By using the Service, you agree:

  • Brokerage/fees will be communicated prior to transaction

  • Fees may be charged to buyer, seller, tenant, or landlord as applicable

  • Fees become payable upon successful transaction or as agreed

All fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Term

Proptylo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, in case of breach of this Agreement. This Agreement shall survive termination.

Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or Service. By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Availability of Internet

You acknowledge that access to the Website requires a stable internet connection. Proptylo is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures due to internet issues.

Non-commercial Use by Users

The Website is for personal use. Users agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Copy or scrape property data

  • Impersonate others

  • Share login credentials

  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.)

  • Engage in fraudulent or misleading activity

Proptylo reserves the right to take legal action against such misuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Property Listings Disclaimer

All property listings, descriptions, pricing, and details are:

  • Provided by third parties or property owners

  • Subject to change without notice

  • Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date

Proptylo does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of listings and shall not be responsible for any discrepancies.

No Guarantee of Transaction

Proptylo does not guarantee:

  • Successful property sale or rental

  • Property availability

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Investment returns or appreciation

All decisions are at your own risk.

Legal & Due Diligence Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying property ownership and title

  • Conducting legal due diligence

  • Ensuring compliance with local laws

  • Consulting legal and financial advisors

Proptylo shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or transactional issues arising from property dealings.

Limitation of Liability

Proptylo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Property transactions

  • Misrepresentation by third parties

  • Financial loss

  • Disputes between users

All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proptylo’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user or INR 5,000, whichever is higher.

Content on Proptylo

All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, and listings, is proprietary to Proptylo or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Customer Service

Users must interact respectfully with Proptylo staff. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

Payments

Users agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize Proptylo to charge applicable fees through the chosen payment method.

Modifications to Service

Proptylo may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice and shall not be liable for such changes.

Blocking of IP Addresses

Proptylo may restrict access to users or IP addresses at its discretion.

Privacy

Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Indemnity

Others

If Proptylo is involved in any legal action related to this Agreement, you agree to bear associated legal costs if found liable.

Availability Outside India

Users accessing the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and must comply with applicable laws.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Refunds

All fees paid to Proptylo are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
